Job Description

We are seeking a skilled PCB Design Engineer to design, develop, and validate high-reliability printed circuit boards for satellite and space applications. The role involves working on complex, multilayer PCBs for RF/FPGA/Embedded systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance with space standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop schematics and PCB layouts for satellite subsystems
  • Work on multilayer and high-speed PCB designs
  • Perform component selection, circuit design, and validation
  • Ensure signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) in designs
  • Follow EMI/EMC design guidelines and industry standards
  • Collaborate with RF, Digital & Mechanical teams
  • Support PCB fabrication and assembly activities
  • Testing and debugging hardware issues during integration and testing
  • Prepare PCB design & assembly document and release files for fabrication (Gerber, etc.)
  • Participate in design reviews and qualification processes

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in PCB design & layout tools (Altium Designer / Cadence Allegro ), Mentor Board station preferred

  • Solid understanding of RF, Analog, Digital and Power Circuits
  • Solid understanding of high-speed PCB design practices

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Thermal Engineer to design and develop thermal control systems for satellite platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring optimal temperature regulation of spacecraft components operating in extreme space environments, including vacuum and radiation conditions. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, efficient, and mission-ready thermal solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Satellite Thermal Control Systems (TCS)
  • Perform component-level and system-level thermal analysis and simulations using tools such as ANSYS Mechanical, ANSYS Thermal Desktop, and COMSOL Multiphysics
  • Evaluate heat transfer mechanisms, including conduction and radiation (with limited convection in space environments)
  • Develop and optimize thermal hardware including Radiators, Heat Pipes, Multi-Layer Insulation (MLI), and Thermal Coatings
  • Conduct Thermal Modeling, Testing and Validation, including Thermal Vacuum (TVAC) Testing
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate thermal risks for electronic components and subsystems
  • Collaborate with Systems, Structures, Avionics and Propulsion Teams
  • Support Design Reviews, Mission Planning and System Integration Activities
  • Prepare and Maintain Technical Documentation, Reports and Compliance Data

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical / Aerospace / Thermal Engineering
  • 2–6 years of relevant experience in Thermal Engineering
  • Strong Understanding of Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer Principles
  • Hands-on experience with thermal simulation, FEA, and CFD tools (ANSYS Fluent, Thermal Desktop, COMSOL, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Space Thermal Environments (Vacuum, Radiation, Orbital Cycles, etc)

We are seeking a RTL/FPGA Design Engineer to design, develop, and validate FPGA-based digital hardware for satellite sub-systems. The role involves end-to-end ownership of FPGA development from system and micro-architecture through RTL implementation, verification, hardware bring-up, and on-board validation working closely with system, hardware, PCB, and embedded software teams to deliver reliable, high-performance designs for space environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to system, DSP, and board-level architecture for satellite sub-systems
  • Partition algorithms across FPGA hardware and embedded software
  • Design and develop RTL using VHDL / Verilog for datapaths, control logic, and interfaces
  • Create micro-architecture specifications, block diagrams, and design documentation
  • Perform functional simulation, timing analysis, and timing closure
  • Synthesize and implement designs using Xilinx Vivado and integrate Xilinx IP cores
  • Support board-level bring-up, debugging, and lab validation using JTAG, logic analyzers, and oscilloscope
  • Collaborate with PCB, systems, and embedded teams on interfaces, pinout, and constraints
  • Support subsystem integration and troubleshooting at test facilities
  • Prepare and maintain SRS, test plans, ATPs, validation and compliance documentation
  • Participate in design reviews and readiness reviews following aerospace-quality processes

Qualifications

  • B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication / Electrical / VLSI (or equivalent)
  • 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in RTL and FPGA design
  • Technical Skills (Must-Have)
  • Strong experience in Verilog RTL design (working knowledge VHDL )
  • Hands-on with Xilinx FPGA toolchain (Vivado) – synthesis, P&R, constraints, timing closure
  • Functional and timing simulation; testbench development
  • Board-level debugging and lab validation experience
  • Interfaces: PCIe, Ethernet, UART, SPI, I²C
  • Familiarity with DDR / LPDDR memory interfaces and AXI protocols
  • Version control using Git / SVN

Tools & Technologies
